Cervical Spondylosis

• A disorder in which there is abnormal wear on the cartilage and bones of the neck
• Caused by chronic degeneration of the cervical spine including the cervical discs and joints
• Abnormal growths (spurs) can form on the bones of the spine
• These changes can cause compression on one or more of the nerve roots
